Ethical channel
ELS has implemented a Communication System called the Ethical Channel so that, in a simple and close way, and in an environment of confidentiality, incidents and irregularities related to illicit conduct, regulatory breaches or practices contrary to the principles established in our Code of Ethics can be reported. This channel is governed by the following principles:
- Good faith when making the communication.
- Commitment not to retaliate.
- Confidentiality.
- Information security.
The Whistleblowing Channel allows you to report an infringement in accordance with European Directive 2019/1937 of 23 October 2019. If you wish, you can make your complaint anonymously, in which case you will receive a unique code and a URL once you complete the form. Please save this access so that you can check the status and resolution of your complaint at all times.
Those whistleblowers in bad faith who file false complaints or complaints that have the sole purpose of undermining the reputation of the company or any of its professionals, will be subject to the corresponding disciplinary procedures and sanctions in accordance with the labour legislation in force at all times and the applicable collective agreement.
