ELS Torsion free / Shelter carrier

Our ELS Torsion Free system has been designed to ensure maximum cargo protection and stability for demanding off-road and military applications. The system enables the safe and efficient transport of personnel, shelters, containers and mission cargo, minimizing the stress and deformation generated by chassis torsion when operating on uneven terrain.

The system is based on a high-strength auxiliary subframe installed between the vehicle chassis and the body or load platform. It consists of two main longitudinal beams and specially designed cross members engineered to absorb and compensate for the vehicle’s torsional movements, preventing them from being directly transferred to the transported cargo or equipment.

Thanks to its high-strength flexible mounting and connection system, the ELS Torsion Free improves overall structural stability while protecting sensitive equipment against vibrations, deformation and mechanical stress during operation.
