Our ambulances, mobile clinics and medical units are designed and manufactured to provide fast, safe and efficient medical support in any operational environment, including military missions, emergency operations, remote areas and off-road scenarios.

We offer different configurations on multiple types of chassis, ranging from light ambulances or mobile clinics on 4×4 vehicles to advanced medical units mounted on high-mobility trucks.

The units can incorporate advanced climate control and filtration systems for operation in extreme conditions, as well as mission-specific medical equipment adapted to each operational requirement. The interiors are designed to maximize the operational capacity of medical personnel, integrating medical storage solutions, communication systems, technical lighting and fully functional working areas.

ELS has developed innovative solutions to optimize ambulance operational capacity, including double stretcher bunk-style systems capable of transporting up to four patients safely and efficiently, especially during rapid evacuation missions in off-road environments and tactical operations.

Each unit can be equipped with a wide range of systems and accessories, including stretchers with loading ramps, specialized medical kits, intercom systems, pharmaceutical furniture, life-support equipment and any other equipment required to ensure effective medical response in the field.
